If a dance area is required the suite can seat 78
In addition the George Pate Room, located opposite the main suite can accommodate up to 30.

What you get
Staffed Bar – number of staff dependant on the number of guests.
Tables and chairs.
Kitchen Facilities for food preparation.
Note.Due to Glasgow City Council regulations anyone preparing any food (Hot or Cold) must have a valid “Cook Safe” qualification. A list of suggested suitably qualified Caterers who are familiar with the pavilion facilities can be found at the end of this page
Timings – Function Suite
The normal function hours are 7:30 pm to 12:50 am. (Guests must be clear of the building by this time)
The function room will be made available for preparing and setting up from 3:30 pm onwards.
The Kitchen and George Pate room are available from 6:00 pm
Timings - Bars
Normally the bar will open at 7:30 pm and closes at 12:30 am.The premises must be vacated by 12:50 am.
The bar can stay open until 1:00 am with prior arrangement only.Additional charges will apply to cover the extra staffing costs
We will provide a well stocked bar, glasses and bar staff.
There are two bar serving areas in the function room.
Although the club has a good selection of wines, you may want to bring in your own wine.A corkage charge will apply to all bottles brought in at rates of:
Still Wine £5.00 per bottle
Sparkling £6.00 per bottle
If you have a special request for any drinks the Bar Manager is available to help
The function suite can be decorated however, we ask that any decorations, banners etc. are only attached to the Dado/picture rails with Blue or White Tack only.
(No pins or sticky tape)
Confetti (paper, tinsel, plastic or any other type) are not to be used either in any of the function suite areas or in the grounds.
Candles are not permitted however, “Tea Lights” in appropriate holders may be used with prior agreement
Children are deemed anyone under the age of 18.
Children are allowed in the function suite up until 10:00 pm when they must have vacated.
Children must be under the supervision of an responsible accompanying adult at all times.
All breakages or damage to the Club’s property but either be paid for in full or otherwise made good to the satisfaction of the Club manager.
The Club will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any vehicle in connection with the function, which is left in the precincts of the stand or the grounds.

The Bar Manager will show all potential customers around the facility and provide details of caterers that are used to, and familiar with working in the facility.If after seeing the facilities you would like to make a booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 will be charged.
